CANCELLATIONS: Due to the nature of the retreat and organisation involved, the deposit is nonrefundable. Due to limited space, we are unable to accept cancellations UNLESS you arrange for someone to take your space and on the condition that they meet the application requirements. Under exceptional circumstances, part of the payment may be transferred to future RQ events or retreats (this will be at the discretion of RQ wellness and will be on a case by case basis).
