These sessions will incorporate a short talk of one aspect of neuroscience of stress to provide background followed by a grounding meditation to set the scene for breathwork.
A different theme will be explored each time to set an intention to leverage your brain to empower you and catalyse your healing. The aim is to remember who you truly are; and shift into a state of awareness, being and creation.

Dr Safia Debar worked as a hospital doctor, in academic research as well as running the Harvard course on the neuroscience of stress and resilience. She is a private GP and incorporates this in a holistic integrative way into her practice.
